How much notice do I need to give to change my booking?

A

48 Hours in order to receive a credit to your MagicBooking account

Do you do sibling discount?

A

Yes, sibling discount is 5%, applicable to full after school sessions only

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

A

We accept all childcare vouchers, including the Government tax-free childcare initiative. Please click here to download our voucher guide and for account details.

Do I still pay if the school is shut due to adverse weather conditions or a burst pipe etc.?

A

Yes, as the Club will still incur it’s daily costs.

Can I swap a session?

A

No. You need to cancel your session and re-book. Providing you cancel outside of 48 hours notice, you can use the credit obtained to pay for the new booking.

What happens if I am late picking up my child?

A

There is a late collection fine of £1 per minute after 6pm. This will be added to your account by the club Manager and a £1 administration fee will be applied in conjunction with the fine.

Can I collect my child at anytime during the session or do I have to collect at 6pm?

A

Children can be collected anytime during the session.

Do children need to bring in separate clothes for Club?

A

This is optional.

Do I have to register my child if they are only going to attend occasionally?

A

All children must be registered prior to coming to a session.

What do I do if I find I can’t pick up due to traffic delay or overrun meeting etc.?

A

Please contact your Club directly and inform them of who will be collecting your child.

Will my child receive a snack?

A

Yes! Breakfast is given during our Breakfast Clubs and a healthy snack is given during our After School and Holiday Clubs. All dietary requirements are catered for.
